Seedling bloom

Hi there! I had some luck with seeds this year. I have seedlings from Thomas Affleck, Party Hardy, Rogosas, and I think Betty Prior (my mom's shrub, have to wait till it blooms this year to know for sure which hip I took) So far only Thomas & Betty have buds. Does anyone know if the Rugosa seedlings will bloom this year?

Carol when it opened it was less full than Thomas. Will see what it looks like as it gets bigger. I was happy to get any seeds that sprouted lol! The other one bloomed and has more buds on it - not sure if I pulled hips from Betty or from Pure Perfume - mom can't remember which is which :) fun to see what you wind up wth - something to grow over the winter
