Fungii's Growing Up

Hi everyone,

I was looking at my fungii today and look at what she's been up to :).

I just got done repotting her into a SMALLER pot, because she wasn't rootbound entirely and I loved her flowers when she bloomed for me before. She is sprouting new growth, so I'm hoping for flowers again this year.

Very nice, Brad! Nothing better than flowers, but healthy roots and new growth are a close second!

I must be doing something right :). This was the first time I've repotted her in quite a few years. She's one of my favorite Hoyas to grow. This time, I'm hoping to get quite a few blooms. out of her. There's three vines on her that are kicking into gear, so I am keeping my eyes peeled for any signs of peduncles.

My fungii is fast becoming a favorite of mine. Literally, I love how fast this species grows! Mine is a long way from flowering I am sure, but the new growth is sooo pretty. It grew a leaf nearly as big as my palm.

Kim, this is one of my favorites, too. I have a few larger leaves on mine, as well. I looked up on here when it was my plant bloomed and it was clear back in 2011. Blooms are overdue for this plant lol.

Here you go, Kim! The butterfly in there is a small garden stake my mum stuck in there last fall. From the base of the pot to the top of the trellis, it's a little over 2 feet tall. Unwound, the vines are a decent length, and it has one of the leaf clusters Denise loves so much. That top left leaf sure is shiny!

My fungiis are loving this early spring! I took a cutting last year and threw it in a small pot. It didn't do much last year, but a month or two ago, it started growing...
That leaf on the left is a monster!...
Fungii is definitely on my top 10 list because if it's outstanding leaves! And when it flowers, it's one of those that can have 2 or 3 peduncles together that form a massive cluster of flowers...

Love it!

Here is my little fungii. Though, it is determined to not stay little for long!
Just fed it a bit, it has doubled in size since I got it from aurorawa las Novemeber.
