To much fertiliser or is the DR oke?

I have to search for the old pics to see if the leaves where the same before. This plant is the only one with these kind of leaves. A few months before i fertilize all my plant with osmocote 14-14-14 once a month and weekly weakly with liquid 15-30-15 fertiliser. Sinds one month i am feeding all my plants now with rose & bloom 12-4-8 and miracle grow liquid 24-8-12. It have buds for the first time. Do you think something is wrong???
