Hmmm - usually Forbid kills them in one go...you probably need to spray ALL your plants - fuzzy and not fuzzy - again to make sure that all are gone. Usually 3 times week apart is enough, No need repeating,

I've never seen mite damage on any of my plants except AVs, but I extended the spraying to cover everything else to be on the safe side.

They are opportunistic. If there is no champaine and caviar, they will settle for McDonald's. May be they won't flourish - but they stay alive to relocate back to tastier meal when you brush against their plant with your elbow... and carry them back to AVs. I read somewhere - that a male mite will pick a baby female mite - and carry it to the new location - so they can start a new colony on a new plant ...several days later... do not need to wait until she is 18.

I had mites last year though they were tiny broad mites. Every species has different things that are effective. In my case AVID did nothing, Forbid 4 did little, but sulfur spray worked great. I wouldn't use the sulfur except as a last resort because of the smell and it makes the plants look dirty, ruins blooms. BUT it was effective. Sulfur also reacts VERY BADLY with oil based residue so don't ever use it with or after things like Neem oil.
