Hello Desirai, immediately I see a problem with the soil. It is too heavy and moisture retentive. Where are you located so we know what kind of weather conditions you are dealing with? They look dormant to me.

they are in peat moss and vermiculite mix

The peat moss needs to be aerated with an aggregate such as large or course perlite. I use Growstone GS2 to aerate my soil. Some use pumice. I would switch them to a 50/50 mix and see if they perk up. They are probably just exiting dormancy so now is a great time to repot in some lighter airier media. I think this will solve most of your issues with growth.
