It'll probably sort itself out. The cotyledon away from the camera looks as if it's a bit dark. Maybe there was some damage to the seed.

If you are going to the trouble of starting your beans in pots, I do this myself. A little tip I picked up for runner beans and now I use it with all the beans I start "for uniformity of germination and for ideal growth, runner beans should be planted vertically. The small 'nib' on the scar of the bean should always point downwards" this way the cotyledon doesn't have to do any twisting and turning when making it's way to the surface.

yeah i think that is usually the way i plant the seeds.
floral, i think that might just be potting soil.
as you mentioned, sprout will correct itself and finally has. a lot slower than the rest, but it straightened out. thanks.
