My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What material and color is the vanity countertop? Is it black granite?

    Hard to tell from the picture. The contoured finish on the edge is not a normal granite edge finish. Are you sure it's not a composite (man made) material? There are some very good looking products out here on the market now that are poured into a mold.
