Hmm. I have a feeling it got damaged and tried to finish the tip of the leaf. It's still an unusual way for it to deal with a damaged leaf. Usually, they just stop growing or have a funky end...

No, but I have hada leaf decide to grab onto a vine!

Not sure, but I think these weird dents in the leaves are from me changing the direction the plant is facing while the leaves are young, and they start turning a different direction towards the light. Hope you can make it out in this photo.
