Has anyone used interior designer software to help them with their home interior....that/who is not an interior designer? A program that can create 3D image of what the room/house will look like.

I am almost done building my home, and have a decent design sense, but would like to see what my ideas would look like in a room, i.e. Color, lights, furniture, wall art placement etc etc

I would like to get a visual before I actually purchase anything, so I can make adjustments to the room.

Has anyone ever done this?? Was the program fairly easy to use for a movie? If you're an interior designer, so you have any suggestions on a program that I can use??
