A Double Double Yolker!

It's not unusual to get double yolks from my farmers market eggs. I don't know what these PA chickens are eating.
TWO double yolkers in a row! They made for super gooey poached eggs.
Delicious local sourdough toast, schmeared with avacado, topped with poached egg, blanched asparagus and blender hollandaise sauce.
