My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

When a concrete floor has been cut and patched for plumbing (I.e. In a basement), can grind/polish complete eliminate the visual of the patchwork

    I don't think staining or polishing does a good job covering these types of spots. A coating or overlay would present a more finished look.
