My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Here is my Coelogyne nitida, previously known as ochracae. I have had it for about 3 years. Each year it blooms better and better. There are several spikes still maturing. I should get 8-9 total. Also it is nicely fragrant.
@Jane - Coelogyne are notorious for being moody for a couple of years following repotting and dividing. As long as it gets a cool and dryish winter rest, I am sure it will bloom soon.
