My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Wall art

I can't quite put my finger on it, but is this picture too small or too big or in the wrong place? I do not have any window treatments yet, which may help, but this is just boring. My husband wants to be able to recline the chair so he doesn't want anything behind it, such as a plant. Any and all thoughts about how to decorate this room would be appreciated!
