I like the stone (esp. first picture, which has lighter elements that might match siding better). I'm usually anti-shutters, but with your small windows on the left part of the house, I think they'd be good, especially the upper ones -- match the roof with a dark charcoal tone. (Lower ones will be engulfed in stone, which is probably enough.)

Garage -- I'd stay simple, the current white or a shade a couple of shades darker in the direction of your siding, just to de-emphasize it. Front door is a matter of taste -- your pale blue and grays leave you plenty of options, from the conservative (say, a black or charcoal to match your shutters) to the cheery (say, a bright green or red to draw the eye).

I love Acm's rendition, and with that I'd also say leave the garage door as is. Don't think of yourself as "stuck" with the siding, it's a beautiful colour. You're lucky.

Perhaps add some character to your garage door. It would even be complimented with new grey stone as well as pictured above!
