Marica. If the plants are healty you can take scions from the branches and graft them to other plants. Are the branches not too long? You can reduce the lenght of the branches to a few inch above the graft. The scab may heal it self. Check if no band or tape is left under the scion or union. Wait for the other members before taking actions
