Hi, I have a Japanese maple tree and have had it now for 13 yrs and it is beautiful, my Question is, this winter was a weird one I am in Pittsburgh, Pa and we didn't get a lot of snow fall and the temps were above average for winter, and its been cold on and off weird weather patterns anyways, we had frost a few times but we covered it well w a huge car tarp which is breathable and it was freezing, now it warmed up and it is blooming nice but a lot of the blooms have come out but didn't open yet, they r grey/white and some are brittle, Do you think it will bounce back or is it because the temps were all over the place?!?
