My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Off Topic before for me, but Adeniums will be out soon.

These are some wonderful things happening in the garden right now and then my Adeniums to follow.

Hope you all do not mind. This is one of my favorite times in the garden and I wanted to share it. This was my passion when we first bought the property.

    These are all Rhododendrons from hybrids to species forms. When we first bought our property, I became a member of the Rhododendron Society here. This was my Passion then and I will not go into all that followed. We have approximately 90 different Rhodos on the property. I still remember all their names. Go figure.
