Wow beautiful leaves!

Uh oh! Denise are they hard to grow???

Its so beautiful I'd hate to kill it.

My favorite plant shop has had some of these in recently, I keep resisting but they are kind of haunting me. I have been tempted to grab one for work, but know it would probably end up in my house sooner or later and then less room for Hoya! Still.... may have to grab one. I have a couple cuttings of a plainer variety a coworker gave me growing, will see how thise do for now.

I have one, and I adore it. It's a striking plant. I don't find them hard to grow. Dappled sun in late afternoon, and mine has done extremely well, as long as I don't fry it! It has to be one of my favorite plants.

Thanks Randi, that's good to hear. Right now it's in my screened porch which gets north exposure in the morning and western in the afternoon.

The north exposure is okay, but the western in the afternoon will probably be too much unless you have something keeping the especially intense afternoon rays mild. If you can place a larger plant or two behind it so it gets only dappled--something like that.

Okay, I can do something so it's not direct sun. We have lots of trees (we're kind of in the woods) outside that does give a bit of shade. Thanks for the tip.
