Great looking. I have been trying to coordinate creme de bordeaux countertop with backsplash. Cannot decide whether to try to match cream color cabinets or Bordeaux counter. I also have Mexican tile floor. Have sample of Walker Zanger Gramercy Park bone crackle to match cabinet. But I see this tile coordinating with the countertop and it works so well.

Could you tell me who makes this tile backsplash?

Tough call. If you want to send me a few pics I will be happy to put in my 2 cents.Remember the backsplash should be the cherry on the cake.

where are the electrical outlets?

good question, It's certainly an interesting look without outlets even if it's a little impractical. (they were photoshopped)
