How high off the floor is the window?

Yikes! What is behind that jut out to the left of the toilet?

Can you move the door opening? Can you move the window or at least make it a high transom rectangle?

Will you be able to move all the plumbing around?

How long are the walls on each side of the window?

Have your contractor tell you exactly what can be done and how much it will cost to have the room become a clean rectangle: meaning move the vent pipe and closets and anything else.

Once you get a clean clear rectangle, you will be able to design the space.

If you place your clawfoot tub on a short wall then you will be able to see where to move the doorway/opening to the bathroom. This will give you more opportunities in placement of toilet, sink, closet, etc.

If the window is limiting your placement/design options, seriously consider removing it and installing a transom window in this bathroom.

Let us know if you can gut the bathroom and hide all the vent pipes, reconfigure the window, relocate the toilet and all plumbing, etc.
