Is Vancouveria self-sterile?

Can anyone tell me whether the Vancouveria species are self-sterile as are the Epimediums? Have hunted for this info with no success to date.

I have had V. hexandra for several years and although it spreads, I have never identified a seedling for certain. I have recently put in V. chrysantha and wonder if I can ascribe any seedlings, if any, to hybridization.
