My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I hired an architect to help design a small, basic, no frills, affordable home. 3 bd, 2 1/2 bath. I am not in favor of the "open" floor plan. No designer amenities necessary in order to keep the price down. He has not been successful. Any ideas?
