Sunkist Tomato Issue

Hello, we have some sunkist tomato seedlings that are now turning into young plants with issues. I'm wondering if anyone has seen this before and has any advice. We cannot seem to figure out exactly what is causing it. Our soil was low in potassium so we amended it with potash and bone meal. Other plants seem to be doing okay in that mixture.

They mostly look like this : https://www.google.com/search?q=tomato+petioles+twisting&espv=2&biw=1071&bih=764&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiU3ujGtKPMAhUCej4KHa7-B2sQ_AUIBygB

They look dry, leaves are curled, crumply, and cut off. Unfortunately these pictures don't due it justice which is why I posted the link above.

Any advice is appreciated.
