H deykeae! Arrived all the way from California in two days! I'm a little worried about the one leaf, but I think I'll give it time to settle before doing anything drastic.

H macroyphylla variegata, from gardinos which also came in two days and already looks quiet glorious.

I think I will repot them, in my own mix, but I want to give them a few days first. I also bought an array of cuttings, which all seem to be carrying on nicely.

Congrats, April! They look great, good choices. :) And good call to let them wait a couple to acclimate a bit before you repot in your own mix.

*If it were me*, I'd clip that leaf off the deykeae.

Lovely! And, in no way, will I apologize for enabling =) If it were me, I'd just cut the damaged part of the leaf, wait for the plant to settle in (a couple of weeks), then clip the entire leaf. Unless the leaf starts looking worse!

Yes, I'd probably whack off that leaf, too. Deykeae is WAY too pretty to be marred by an ugly leaf! It's one of my favorites for it's awesome leaves...
