Not sure if I am at the right forum or not. This is my first try with a banana tree. Ensete Maurellii - Musa Red Banana. I have purchased a young 18" plant in a 4 inch pot. I will be repotting it into a larg pot and it will be on my screened porch where it will get lots of sun. My question is about the potting medium. What is the best mix to use? I have looked it up online but have seen a couple different recommendations. Could I get some input here please. Or should I go to another forum for help with this plant?
