Bathroom LShape Ideas

I have an Lshaped bathroom that goes from my master to my hallway. I'm thinking of knocking out wall that separates the toilet/bath area and the sink area and making it more of an opening. Adding a pocket door where the door is that swings over the toilet. New tub, tile into dressing area and master closet, new bath and make-up vanities and counter tops.

Okay...sounds good so far. Remember that most of your cost of this reno will be in the plumbing. Have a certified plumber come inspect all your piping & venting & get an estimate before proceeding.

I love those! Thank you! Why would plumbing be such a large expense? I don't plan on moving any of the plumbing

Plumbing costs only come up if you move things around or if there is plumbing in wall you plan to take out. Assume wall isn't a support wall.

You've provided pictures, but it still difficult to offer help. It sounds like you have a plan, but if you want more advice, post a drawing.

It would be great to see a little sketch of the areas, but looking at the photos, I’m thinking that you could eliminate the door between the toilet room & vanity. Lower or remove the section of wall which terminates the vanity. Consider the lighting, storage & ease of use for the new layout.

New flooring which continues into all the areas will help unify the spaces as well.
