For comparison, here is a flower of DS Kata Tjuta without the light from behind making the upper red petals look so pink. It is almost identical to the DS Kalahari flower except that the edges are more frilly. They are siblings from the same cross.

I have DS-Yellow and Red - I bet it is the third sibling from the same cross. I think a bit more pattern on the bottom petals. The leaves have some asymmetry in them - they aleways go "propeller".

DS-Yellow and the Red is probably the prettiest of these three. Nice find! So far I don't see that in the leaves of either of these but they are young plants.

I think I prefer the non-realistic brilliant pink...but a nice flower overall.

It looks about that brilliant with the sun light shining through behind it. But it doesn't look anywhere that bright indoors.
