Newbie to the forum; looking for advice.

I am currently growing hemp for CBD oil extraction using olive oil (basically a fresh herb oil infusion). Everything I'm hearing about storing plant material in olive oil is obviously bringing a concern of botulism. I figured pressuring canning it to 120C for a half hour should suffice to kill all the botulinum spores, but I have zero experience with this. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
