Corn Gluten Meal is a pre emergent so if that Bittercress is already growing it is too late for that. Since growth has just begun the plants have not yet developed seeds so till this stuff in as a green manure crop.

Thanks kimmq, but it's not clear to me what i should till into the soil if it's too late for corn gluten meal. These plants have already developed tons of seeds, exploding when i try to remove them. I've been out with a trash bag and scissors delicately trying to remove all seed pods. After that i know a new wave will be sprouting up again. Is that where Corn Meal Gluten would come in, to mitigate the next batch?
