Ok this may be a silly question but recently I sowed in some petunia and portulaca (moss rose), we also seeded the grass very close by and I extended the flower bed a little (possibly not getting 100% of the grass seed out). My question is..are these grass sprouts or do the moss rose not sprout with the two leaves? I know petunias have 2-4 small round leaves so it can't possibly be those that got mixed up (unless I'm mistaken). I circled the one sprout I know for sure is moss rose but what in the world are all the other little sprouts around it? I ask because there are alot more of those then the one I know is the moss rose and if somehow the grass seed got mixed I need to pluck them now to hopefully save the little moss rose sprouts from getting smothered out. I've plucked a few of them and they are very weak root system (as a newly sprouted seed so it's not possibly just weeds coming up)
