Pruning and mixing varieties

So locally I am able to get a few varieties but I really love the deep color and prolific flowering of Jackmanii. My grandmother offered to buy me too- so I got an Henri (white) too. They are different pruning groups right?

Would it be a mistake to mix them on the same trellis (I am going to add string in between to give them a better climbing grip. But, if they are different to prune, will I be giving myself a headache since they will grow together? They have different foilage, but I am no expert. This is my first plant for Clematis, full sun spot, gets watered from irrigation and I will shade the roots with a fluffy groundcover.
