My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I just ordered this 5 minutes ago but can't get anyone to answer phone at your office. I have to have a down rod mounting fan because it is being mounted on a vaulted ceiling. The description was not clear. If it is not a down rod mounting fan, Please cancel the order and do not ship or charge me. Thanks
