How exciting! Congratulations!

Ive been thinking of trying them. I guess you recommend them? lol

The starter plants they sell, which is what they will mail you are very small. I have heard that they do excellent packaging, but can't personally attest to that. They have some older plants scattered throughout the greenhouse, that they will occasionally sell. Which is how I obtained this plant, she saw me admiring it and a sister plant and told me she could sell me one, I chose the larger. I also do buy the starter plants from them if it's something I want, it's different in that they do 90% of their business online, so a lot of plants are sold or grown in a employ only greenhouse.

I have bought plants feom the Violet Barn website, and can confirm that their packaging is excellent. My only beef with them on that is they often clip a couple leaves at the base which I find unnecesary. My experience matched what others have had to say, my 5 plants (4 Hoya and 1 Dischidia) were in excellent health and grew very quickly. If you wanted a fuller pot sooner I would suggest buying 2 or 3 especially with the trailing kind. They always seem to have a few that are hard to find any were else, like linnearis and multiflora, and their customer service is excellent. A very good company, and I wish I lived as close to them as you do April!

I love the growth pattern on your kerrii, I wonder if I can convince mine to bend that way. It is about as big as yours, maybe I should try that in my own little South window. And bonus points that it is above the sink, would be pretty effective at controlling the nectar drip. Hmmmm...
