I built one very similar, and here is how is made: pure in site concrete. The forms can be made with playwood,. Concrete reinforced with rebarb or fiber. I made one with rebarb and fibers was apply to the concrete also. I bought brackets in L shape. L shape brackes was placed in when the concrete still fresh, but no hard, it was screw up also. The thickness of the wall that I built was almost 1 feet or 1'. H was 43, or 45 inches, the H were the bench was placed was 19 in or 20 in can't remember. You can place brackets after concrete have cured, but make sure to shisele it up and slide the brackets, make holes and put the plastic anchors to tighten well.

Any one can made this. It is very easy to built.
