I'm planning to lay 35sq m of wood floor in my living room and I am not interested in new materials. It has to be reclaimed oak with a beautiful authentic aged quality and look. The problem is that I also want to lay underfloor heating underneath my new floor. My builder said I need for the floor to be engineered to be stable and withstand temperature changes. I'm searching high and low for engineered reclaimed floor supplier or for a joinery where I can get floor engineered. There are many great sources for reclaimed oak floor boards, and I'm wondering if there are people out there who would convert reclaimed boards Into engineered floors?
