My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Curious who makes the sink. Is it stainless undermount with an integrated drain board?

    These stainless steel sinks are available pre-designed with an integrated drain board in India. Their size and look can be customized. If I'm not mistaken these kind of sinks are available in other materials as well.

    I am in Eugene, Oregon, USA. Nearest large city is Portland, OR, but San Francisco Bay area also possible as we visit family there. Remodeling the kitchen. Still time to select components.
