Just planted Major Wheeler, should I prune it now?

I have planted my second Major Wheeler, the first one 3 years ago, and it is doing great. I have tied the new one to a 1x2 lattice I built. It was very tangled, and hard to get it tied up. From the picture, do I need to cut it back some now, it is very spindley. I am not concerned if it slows up the blooms. My first one took a few years to start really growing and blooming. I do not remember if I cut it back some when I planted it. Thanks

It looks very healthy to me, not at all spindly imo. I'd leave in peace. You can cut it back in due course if you feel the need.

I second floral's comment. If you cut it back, you remove some of the leaves which produce the energy the plants uses to grow, so you will be slowing down its ability to settle in, put out roots, and start filling the trellis. If you feel it still needs shaping by the end of the season, I would do that over the winter some time, though when to do it in your zone, I don't know exactly.
