Thank you for your inquiry. The space you have should work for a similar layout. The "main" living room and kitchen/dining room "rectangle" is about 35' x 26'. (There is open peripheral spaces off the kitchen and living area, but that is the general dimension of the area you can see in this image.)

Additional dimension information:

The living room dimensions are approximately 24' x 18' and the kitchen dimensions from the dining room side of the island to the back wall of the stove, the dimension is approximately 10' and 17' from the living room side of the island back to the wall with the sliders to the screen porch. There is approximately 4' of space between the sink and the stove. The little back hall/butler's pantry area is about 8'x8' and the dining space is about 11' x 17'.
