How many times have you fertilized it and with what? What's the pH of your water there?

Looks like it could use some fertilizer and adjusted water pH to make the nutrients available...What kind of mix did you use?

How much light did it get all winter? How did you grow it inside? Under lights? Warm?

I live in Europe.Last 2 weeks the weather was changeable with temp abaout 4-15 Celsius.I fertilized with special liquid citrus fertilizer mix in water.I do not know the ph value. At winter it was near room window where the temp was aboit 10 celsius, and i water twice a month.The soil is standard for flowers.

Marian, soil used for flowers holds water for too long and may result in root rot if you water too often, so be careful about how often you water. Use a thin dowel and push it to the bottom of the pot, withdraw it and look to see if it is damp or if soil sticks to it. If it does, then do not water yet. Wait to prune the top of the branches until you are sure that they are dead. I wish you good luck!
