Looks like Apple Blossom.

It does look like Apple Blossom although we can't see into the eye of the flower. Apple Blossom has a red eye as shown in the picture below.

The filaments look a bit different. Monaco has white ones.

What about the Minerva imposter? That one appears to have white filaments.
