I, too, purchased the "Rainforest" and "Dark Moon" plumeria's from Allan Shunto on Etsy. The cuttings were mailed from Florida on a Friday & arrived in the mail to me in Tx. the following Mon. In totally mushy condition and in 4 pieces. I immediately contacted him and he said all three packages he had mailed out that day arrived in the same condition & he would be contacting the post office. He said he would replace them and it took 2 weeks and I received one a couple days ago and I had to ask him which one it was as there was no label. He said he was unaware I had also ordered the "Rainforest" but would send it. I'm new to plumeria's but have babied a few cuttings I had ordered from Thailand in the Fall and are now starting to leaf, thanks to all the posts I have read on this forum regarding their care. I have had the same concerns as expressed by the previous poster about the Etsy plumeria purchases since the mushy ones arrived and wanted to express my similar experience.
