I have a 4-way valve (http://gilmour.com/connectors/splitters-valves) connected to main backyard water faucet. I have one of the 4-way's outlets connected to my drip irrigation system for my vegetable garden, which is on a timer, so the 4-way valve has to be on and pressurized all the time.
When my kids need to use one of the other 3 outlets on the 4-way, say for filling a watering can, the water comes out with full force and a really sharp spray.

Is there a valve I can buy to reduce the pressure on one of these 4-way outlets so the water comes out nice and easy? Which valve?
Will something like this work for this purpose?
