Have you contacted Susanna Farm Nursery in Maryland- they have almost every kind of conifer you could imagine, and the owner, Brant, is exceptionally nice and helpful. I see on their product list they list your Hinoki cypress (Chamaecyparis obtusa ‘Nana Lutea’) so maybe it's available there.
