That yellow throat color is intriguing. As I said in your posting in Annuals over on the National Gardening Association forum, I think that morning glory breeders should create yellow morning glories, as well as orange, cream and all related warm colors. The Tricolors prove that morning glories can "do" yellow, so they should be "coaxed" to do yellow and lots of warm colors.
