paint touch up

I have just moved into a new office at the company where I work.

Unfortunately, the person who painted the accent wall did not do a very good job. The accent color is on adjoining walls, the trim and ceiling and splotchy. See photo. I'm very OCD when it comes to painting and living with the walls as is will drive me nuts.

There are several issues:

1) the paint color for the walls is BM Gray Owl, but no one knows if BM paint was used, or if they went to a big box store and got it color matched

2) the trim and ceiling colors are unknown

3) the entire office building has Gray Owl walls

Any suggestions on how to touch up this paint without repainting the entire room? I think the answer is no, but I thought I would ask the experts.

Or any suggestions on how to best match the existing paint without removing the trim? I may be able to cut a piece of wall behind one of the outlets - if the painter painted behind them...
