My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Hi, I have Quickfire and Little Quickfire. Quickfire is covered in buds that will soon bloom but Little Quickfire does not have any. The plants were both new last fall. I would think Little Quickfire would be the first to bloom.
All early-blooming paniculatas should have a complete season or two in-ground to develop their own dormancy/bud cycle and should ideally *never* be pruned after September-ish. Otherwise, there may be a simpler issue at hand and LQF has been delayed. If no visible buds by about June 10 I would be concerned, but not *quite* yet.
