Belgian double blend Begonias

I bought these bulbs on a whim at home depot, but when I got it home thinking that some info would come with it other than how to plant them, i know not what type they are...trailers, upright and etc. mea culpa..lol anyone know just by that title i submitted? I have no idea if I could plant them in a window box and how deep the box has to be, a basket or a container...or are they what they referred to as tuberous begonias, which I read a long time ago that they need the right temp and a bright, shady area, some sun at the minimium

If bulbs then they are tuberous. You can probably find some information on how to grow them on the web or do a search on this forum. Sorry I do not grow tuberous - they just don't do well here (Atlanta). I mean they will grow but then when it gets hot, really hot they just stop producing leaves and flowers. Not sure if they are rotting or just going into a dormancy. Most every member of our club doesn't grow them either. If you are in CA or the northern states you will have a lot better chance of growing them and keeping the year after year.
