Help with my Cattleya

I recently mounted this Cattleya Nobilior on a piece of cork. It is sitting in a west window. Now before I mounted it, I noticed it had the beginnings of what appeared to be, after much research, black rot. I cut off the infected leaves and applied cinnamon. Every morning I either mist the roots or I soak the entire mount in the sink. In the past two weeks I have noticed these brown spots popping up. I am thinking they are from either sunburn or from lack of air movement. I plan to buy a fan in the next day or two to aide with air flow. I am just hoping someone can reassure me, or identify a bigger problem.

Now on the plus side, the roots look good, and it appears to be putting out another flower spike.
