Experts needed for laundry room!

Boy do I need all of your expertise for our laundry room! I figured it would be best to post here since I need help with cabinetry/counter placement.

We only had the builder pre-plumb for a laundry room sink because I did not like their two options (either freestanding plastic tub or cabinet + acrylic sink which was 14+ inches deep and only about 20" wide...I need a more standard kitchen sink style). I had them plumb on a wall that at the time would be the best spot, thinking I could have a nice long run of cabinets and countertop underneath the window. It turns out that the bottom of the window is only 36" from the floor which means standard kitchen cabinets would be too high, plus they did not center the plumbing on the wall -- there is approximately 12" to the left of the plumbing rough in. I need a medium-large single bowl kitchen sink, some sort of counter space to dry my dogs on (2 Maltese, about 8lbs each), and some sort of cabinetry to store laundry detergent, etc. I had a kitchen height outlet installed along the right side of the washer/dryer wall to plug in my grooming tools. I can get full interior wall measurements today if needed. Ideas??
