I am painting my boys' bedroom and they want charcoal grey. I was thinking of doing faux wainscotting on the bottom so that it wouldn't be too dark. Then I had an idea of doing horizontal stripes instead.
My question, do I put the charcoal colour on the top half and a lighter grey in the middle and then white on the bottom? Or the other way, light on top?
